My name is Patrick McGoohan and I run my own fitness blog. I got into fitness when I was in my teen years (like 15 years old). In high school I saw guys lifting heavy weights and it always inspiring to me. I wanted to know how I could lift big things and so I decided to take up fitness. From that point on I started to teach myself about diet and nutrition, the body, mind and so on.
Here I am today running my own fitness blog and I’m very proud of what I’ve accomplished in my life. Apart from this blog, I’m a full-time student at The University of Chicago. I study business administration and am looking to open my own gym one day.
